If you access the Site from any other region of the world with laws or other requirements governing personal data collection, use, or disclosure that differ from applicable laws in The UAE, then through your continued use of the Site, you are transferring your data to Microsoft Cloud, and you agree to have your data transferred to and processed in The UAE.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering and starting to use the services of (Mawaheb) platform which determines the nature of the relation between you, as our services will be provided to you in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Once you start using the services of (Mawaheb) platform through the web application, you agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and you accept to be bound by them, and you agree to abide by any applicable published instructions for these services, which may change or be updated from time to time, according to the discretion of the company that owns the platform and what it deems.

5. Updates and Changes

(Mawaheb) reserves the right to change any clause or all of the terms (with or without notice) and conditions related to the use of its services and at its absolute discretion at any time, and any changes or updates are considered effective as soon as any of the following occurs:

• Posting the changes or updates to its platform and notifying the users of the same through it.
• Sending a notification to the users via the e-mail through which the registration was made, stating that there are substantial changes and/or updates to the privacy policy and/or the terms and conditions for their review and approval.

(Mawaheb) is not responsible for your failure to accept or review any changes and/or updates that it applied to the Privacy Policy and/or Terms and Conditions after they are posted on its platform as you are exclusively responsible for reviewing these changes and/or updates periodically.
